Our most recent stop, our total was $11.23, the car hop was not friendly and seemed like we were inconveniencing her. She interrupted me twice. When I handed her a $20 bill she then asked if I wanted any change. Um, yes… why she feels entitled to an almost 50% tip is beyond me. Please pay them fairly so they can’t try to con you out of change. They should always, by default, hand you your change. I had started to say to just give me back $5 dollars and she interrupted. Then when I said yes I want my $8.77 back she acted annoyed. YIKES. Please train these employees.

Ordered off the app, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, no cheese, ketchup only. I refuse to do American cheese. It’s just a glue to hold the burger patties together. Food came out and the burger had cheese on it. Pushed the button, person came on, the situation was explained and the response was attitude with the statement that I ordered a Cheeseburger. Yes, but read the rest of the receipt, which I had a copy of, stating no cheese. Finally someone came out and actually had to see my receipt, like it was any different from what they had inside. After almost studying the receipt, he went back inside and remade the burger the way it was ordered. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with orders being wrong at this location. Always make sure you check your order if you have asked for something different from their normal menu. Also got tots with the burger, they needed a bit more time in the fryer, they weren’t done all the way. Take time to get the order right and the food cooked. Customers appreciate good service and good food.

Food is pre pared and is cold when I got it. Plus one order paid 4 on ticket waitress said I didn’t order. It was right on the ticket. How embarrassing.. happen more than once. To many kids running it unresponsiable not alert.

I normally tip when I can and the first thing the carhop did after i gave him the money was he opened the door and yelled “he didn’t even leave a tip” and on top of that one of my items was not made right and didn’t even get a fork for my chilli cheese tots. You keep employee’s like that and i will never return again and I’ll tell every single person I know not to come to this location.

It took 5 or so minutes to answer the call button. when they did tell me it would take 10 or so minutes to get my order out. I said ok, they were out of onion rings. got my food cheeseburger was cold, Fries. where very close to cold. not a good way to treat a working man!!! very sad

Food was completely cold, half our order wasn’t delivered and when I called, the manager acted as if he couldn’t care less, only redid the missing food only after something was said about it being cold, and when the manager brought the food out instead of apologizing for the mishap decided to blame the employee for screwing up and just flat out didn’t care. Completely unacceptable even for fast food.

The gentlemen working isn’t very friendly. He actually came outside to yell at another car that he doesn’t have to serve them. He’s just not very professional. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this. The food isn’t great late at night either, is almost like he refry’s it to reheat from earlier. The popcorn chicken was way overcooked & the cheddar bites weren’t even melted . Not gonna waste my money there anymore.
