Used the app, they got my order wrong, and fries tasted old. (Like sat in warmer for 2 hours old. ) Let them know my order was wrong. They went ahead and “Fixed it” by bring me a new sandwich (which this one was correct and fresh) but the fries still tasted old. (Just not as old like maybe 30 minutes old. ) Took forever to answer the box. The person who brought me the my new food said sorry, but honestly sounded like they could care less. I normally don’t complain about this sorta thing, but honestly, every time I’ve ever gone to this sonic or anytime my Dad or brother go they forget sauce or food, they screw up the order, they take forever to answer. I used to work at a sonic, and my mom was an assistant manager of one for 11 years. Its not supposed to take that long to answer the box. Like especially when its the time of year to be grinding for those good scores for the sonic games. I just have higher standards for what i know a sonic could be i guess. But I surely have a major disappointment for how often my family and I go and the service and food is terrible. (I will say though my first carhop was super nice and friendly and i do appreciate that!)

I have eaten at Sonic my entire life. This is the worst service and food I have ever had at a Sonic. I will never eat at this Sonic in Valley Center ever! I was scolded on why they don’t have time to make my food properly. I was also told that the cook was lazy so he doesn’t have time to make it properly.

Ordered a #4 bacon cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup. It came loaded with jalapenos. Had to catch a car hop to take it back because they wouldn’t answer the speaker. They brought out a plain cheese burger next with onions. Sent it back with the receipt with the order and additions printed on it, so they could get it right. A regular bacon cheeseburger with no pickles or ketchup came out this time. Still not what was ordered, but it didn’t seem like they were capable of anything better.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option but the food is horrible the service is sad, pitiful, unorganized and the whole parking lot had trash I could see the big black cook with no gloves on and the kids up front playing around my food after a long 25 minute wait I finally got my cheeseburger and coke, yes 25 minutes for a cheeseburger and coke and my burger was cold. When I expressed to the young lady that my food was cold she got an attitude and I could see and hear her and the big black cook talking and making fun of me she was short dark hair and white kinda resembled miss piggy from the muppets.

Came here on Dec 10 2022 after ordering in the app and waited 45 min to get my food, contacted manager she offered free food and said they were short staffed. Was in the area and hoped it was just a fluke that it was there again for a drink and a shake and wasted 15 min to get those 2 items, I even ordered ahead in the app again…Where is the zero star option? Texted manager again but really is there an excuse anymore? Your staff is slow, being understaffed is not your problem, your employees are. They should just shut this location down.

Food was fast. Ordered on the app and got a free redbull slush. The bun on my footlong was hard on one end which is why I gave 4 stars. I got a cheese cake master shake and it’s perfect. Overall good experience.

I have been to this location, and they really do have great slushes. I highly recommend the Grape, Blue Coconut, Cherry Limeade (easy on ice). Employees are friendly and down to earth and will get your order right.

By far THE worst Sonic, which sucks because it’s located in my home town. Seems like EVERY time we go there there is something missing in the bag. Got me a couple of Frito Chili Cheese wraps and all I get is a tortilla with hardly anything in it. Paid for onion rings and didn’t get them! Called them, no answer! Ridiculous!

I was on my way home from Wichita to Newton my daughter and I stopped at your valley Center to get drinks. We went through the drive thru it took 10 minutes to get a answer. Then again forever about 20 minutes at the window and it was 10:00 in the morning and she didn’t honor me the morning happy hour .she was very rude to us my daughter was talking to her…..and your employee was rude and shut the windowas she was talking I will never go back .I never have been treated like that. If I could I would I wouldn’t have gave a star. It was 2 drinks $ 5.73

for anyone reading this please be informed!!!!!! this has to be one of the WOSRT SONICS EVER!!!!! the manager is only friendly when she wants to be!! they NEVER get my order right!!!! which is very disappointing when you “think” your getting what you ordered and you actually dont! every time i go there i hope the service will be better and its always worse!!!! i always wait forever to get any response from anyone and to get my food!! i always wait for forever at the drive thru to get any response! and this has been like this for years!! so if your asking me i would say dont disappoint yourself and go somewhere els!!!!! “THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE”
