So tired of going to Sonic when their not busy and then constantly getting our order wrong. The double bacon cheese burger we were supposed to get was a single cheese burger with no bacon on it and they didn’t give us the cream cheese dip for the cinna snacks.

I placed an order online through the sonic app there was a hiccup with the online order when I checked in at the location. I got what I ordered then a few days later the manager went to my colleague to complain about me shorting them her daughter exactly. I called the store asking what she is talking about. She started complaining I shorted her daughter for the transaction and she had to take money out of her own pocket to make it right. The app does not allow cash transactions so I am confused how that happened. I offered to make it right but if i was paying for food i did not get i wanted the food(we are talking about 1 breakfast burrito.) The manager said she would just have to start watching “you people” Since this time the manager and staff have been rude towards myself and fellow colleagues making it uncomfortable for any of us wanting to do business there.
