Food came out extremely fast but was not fresh, tater tots were cold. The app wouldn’t work and the credit card reader also did not work. The car hop was friendly and they were able to accommodate giving us the app price even though it wouldn’t work. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location on 4th street and will probably not be returning to this particular Sonic.

Very slow. The person working the drive through won’t even acknowledge your there to order. Then it takes forever to get your food. Seems like they are more concerned about making shakes and drinks than giving you your food. I would recommend going to a different location than on 4th street. They only get one star because I can’t give them a half star.

Not going to go here any time soon, the carhops that have “helped me ” the last 4 times I’ve gone have been absolutely rude and to be honest I don’t think they have a lick of sense. I shouldn’t have to send my order back 3 times and then ask for someone else before I can get my food. If I could give negative stars I %100 would.

Went here oct 14 and was so irritated!! The guy was just walking around with food and drinks and asking everyone if it was theirs! Not looking at the tickets for the stall # or even name for the order ahead which shows you.. so instead of it taking us less than 10 mins to get ours it took almost 20 needless to say the food was cold and the drinks didn’t taste right, plus he didn’t tell us which was which so we had to figure it out. Then we leave cause it’s busy and we’d been trapped a while just to see we didn’t even get the sauces we added on the app either. Just to add I even left a tip when I paid on the order ahead.. really??

Fries and tots tasted old and greasy, ordered 2 number 1’s the meat tasted old and nasty, had very little lettuce and the tomatoes were old and soggy, mozzarella sticks were okay, really the only thing that tasted good were our cherry limeades. This location(4th St) just keeps getting worse. I would rather drive to the South Hutch location. Won’t be going back there. $26 dollars went straight to the garbage after only 2 bites. We are very disappointed and disgusted.
