Food is good but every time I’m there, the wait times are way too long. My most recent visit I waited 20 minutes to get my order taken and turns out they skipped me. However they did over fill my sonic blast and added extra Reese’s in it so I appreciated that. Also the order windows only work right half the time. Also I will say that the woman that brings out my order most of the time is super nice.

Went for 2 drinks. Just litterally soda, took over 30 minutes to get to the window with only a few cars in front of us. Waited for 10 minutes at the menu speaker to not even be greeted. When we did finally order there was no cars in front of us anymore so they served at least 3 cars while we were waiting at the speaker before even taking our order. After waiting so long we started to get hungry so ordered food as well. Girl at the drive through window was on her phone the whole time. Handed out our drinks with flavoring spilled all over the side. Girl was rude and didn’t even apologize. So over 45 minutes later, we finally have two drinks and two hot dogs. I’ve worked the food industry for over 10 years and I am appalled, we’ve had less then great service here time and time again but keep giving chances. This was the worst customer service I think I’ve ever gotten anywhere. now that we’re home our tots are barely half filled. And the store number on google goes to a Verizon wireless voice mail. Would give 0 stars if I could at this point

When we got home, part of of our order was missing. Then when I tried to call the store, the number online was disconnected. Then I went online to file a complaint. You need to have the store number. Funny thing, the sticker they attached the receipt with was covering the number and I couldn’t retrieve the number. Absolutely ridiculous.
