I am absolutely appalled with how my last visit here went. I had placed an order through the app and checked in at a stall. They had some issues with orders, which is totally understandable, but when I clicked the button to check on my order after waiting 30 mins for a slushee and a corndog, Jeff Eaton, who is the manager, was extremely rude about the issue. When I asked how much longer it would be he told me he won’t tell me and that by me asking him I was wasting his time and then he hung up without another word. I waited for 40 mins until I finally got my food. That man should not be working with customers. Will not be returning after that.

35 minutes waiting for just drinks. I just have up. I wasted all that time and came out empty handed. There is something really wrong with this Sonic. I got out, saw a table full of drinks, they looked at me, and ignored me. Don’t bother coming here if you value your time.

My family and I don’t eat here very often as they just can’t ever seem to get our orders correct. They last time I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup or lettuce add mustard and it came out the exact opposite way. I called and spoke with Austin who apologized and offered another meal free of charge which was nice but still frustrating.
