Got the large blue raspberry slush. Tasted like straight up ice. Took lid off and slush was mainly white with one small blue dot of syrup. Mad because it was 3.75 for crushed up ice basically. And it’s 100 degrees. Not the day to me messing up cold drinks. From out of town. I’ll be back someday for my free one.

I drive for Doordash in the evening. Sonic is about the worst in town. They don’t cover or secure the top of their drinks, nor do they seal the food bags. They don’t use plastic bags so anything taped to the paper bags comes off when the oil from the tots soaks into it. If you go into the lobby to try to get service, it takes considerably longer than it should. They will close the lobby and the drive up stalls forcing everybody into the drive through. Then they will hold you at the sign until they are good and ready to acknowledge that they see you. You have to check for straws, spoons and sauce every time. They can be salty when you ask for something, like service.

Its nice to know the GM sees it as okay to leave a single employee to answer all the stalls/drive-thru, put orders in, cash them out and train a new employee in the kitchen. I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru as the only customer, and my order wasn’t even right. Good to know the trainee is getting trained right, but my girlfriend had an allergic reaction to the burger she received because yall put onions on it after requested no vegetables. Will not be returning. Do better.

My second time coming in months with my last order also being given wrong, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles, mayo or tomato but was given a double cheeseburger with pickles, mayo and no bacon so I went in to get the right one but after going in, I was extremely disappointed and infuriated from then on. I stood at the counter in clear sight of the staff for at least 30 seconds before being noticed by anyone. One worker finally noticed me and said “hi” but didn’t she come to help and about 10 seconds later, another saw me and come to help. She asked how she could help and I told her what happened and before I knew it, she took the original burger and threw it away without even offering me to keep it along with the new one. She offered no apology, refund for the burger meal, or even a coupon after I had to drive all the way back to the location. She only entered the new burger in the system and asked me to go back to my car without even asking which stall I was in. I declined and stayed to wait for it. She was also wearing dog tags over her uniform which covered her name tag. Not only is that unprofessional, but upset me as a military member. She left to go to the back so I waited. While waiting, I noticed the 2 workers upfront were very busy and getting no help from the 3 workers in the back that were conversing extremely loud and cussing very often. The worst parts were that I saw not a single staff member wearing gloves while handling food and I saw a woman in the back in no uniform, in very comfy attire which includes sandal slides with NO SOCKS with her BARE FEET exposed. That is completely unacceptable. I won’t ever be returning to this location again. Flat out disgusting and unacceptable service not to mention below subpar POS skills.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for quite a while before ever being greeted. Asked for mayo only on my cheeseburger and it was COVERED. Had to wipe some off before it could be eaten.

The two employees I dealt with were friendly, but unfortunately my food was not prepared correctly. I asked for mayonnaise and mustard on my cheeseburger but got mayonnaise and ketchup instead which is just gross. I asked for condiments for my food and was given 1 packet of each. That was pretty pathetic. Pretty disappointed with my food and definitely did not get what I paid for.

Ordered number1 with no lettuce extra onions mayo andvketchup. Received number1 with no lettuce and tomatoes. Fries were hot and salted correctly. Bun seemed a little detail. But at least it did not come out of a heating tray. Was not busy and inside seating area was clean. Staff was polite and professional.
