Sat down at a table outside, put our order in, and an employee was out with our order in minutes. He kept coming back to check on us like a waiter at a casual restaurant. He even told us to stay healthy, despite having just handed us 5 corn dogs.

Had a burger that was supposed to have nacho cheese, melted shredded cheese on it and some fixings. Got this. It had no cheese. Got a large coffee a few days later. It had floating chunks in it and was extremely weak. Never going back

Just tried to order a limeade with strawberry fruit. She kept saying we wanted a strawberry limeade. It’s so weird because in the app, you can select limeade but add JUST the fruit. Not the syrup. She kept correcting us but I order my drink like this every time I go to sonic lol. It was just a disappointing encounter. She got annoyed with us and said “you understand that??” So we just drove off and got a drink at the market behind them lol.

I ordered a Medium M& M Blizzard for my Grandson. The gal said it was $6.__ something. She asked if I wanted a receipt, I told her “No I’m good”. It’s just a $6.00 drink. So I thought. I come home balance down my account and she charged me $19.37 on my card. I’ve tried calling, the Coddington location, their phone goes directly to a recording “I’m sorry the mailbox is full”. So obviously they’ve had several complaints, that they don’t even bother checking the messages. Beware going to this location. They’ll steal from you. They got an extra $13.00 off of me. Drive through window cashier at 2:56pm (I was picking my other Grandson up from work at Amigos next door at 3:00pm), white female, 140lbs, brown hair, black jacket, 19 to 25 years of age.

Waited over 25-30 minutes for a cherry limeade slushies(saw a big order that was ordered after me go out before i got my drinks), just to get home and realize they were just cherry limeade’s.

Honestly, out of the Sonic locations in Lincoln, this one is the best one in my experience. I have never had an order come incorrect or unsatisfactory (portions, temperature, etc), and unless they are incredibly busy, the wait time isn’t bad at all

Tonight I ordered food from the app. The website states you are open until 11. I ordered shortly after 10, the app let me order food. My card was charged. I drove to the restaurant. All of the lights were off but I did see people. So pulled up to stall 8 and checked in. I waited for a few minutes and then a girl came out walked half way to my vehicle, yelled that they were closed and that I could come back tomorrow for the food. I told her that I didn’t want my food tomorrow and I wanted my money back. The girl replied, as she was walking back to the store, that I would have to get my money back through the app. I then asked her if she was the manager, she stated that she wasn’t. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager came out, she states that the close at 10, she is unsure why they app let me order the food and that I would have to wait until tomorrow to get the refund. By this time, another car pulled up who had also ordered food off the app. The employees did not handle the situation well at all. Especially the first girl that came ou and the manager needs a lot more training.
