Always good food, but the wait time is excruciating. I know it really has to do with not enough work staff, and I know the people working there are working a lot more hours than a typical work day, so I can’t be overly critical. However, if you are expecting quick in and quick out, you need to be aware. When I go here, I am going here when I know I have time to wait.

We waited in line for 15 minutes for TWO SANDWICHES. That aren’t even hard to make! And when we got our food it was already cold! Absolutely disappointed and angry that the service is so poor. I’m not sure what management is doing but obviously whatever it is it isn’t working. Sonic really needs to step up their game at this location. I can’t even imagine how much money they are losing from this poor service. While I was waiting in the drive through three other cars in line drove away because it was taking too long to get their food. This is why I rarely eat here anymore.

Waited in line at drive thru for 27 minutes. I only ordered a drink. Didn’t leave because car behind me was too close for me to back up. 2 vehicles in front of me appeared to order meals. I realize this takes longer but why not not have them pull into a stall and take care of rest of customers like other fast food places do?

Spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru for 2 drinks and one of them was wrong. There were only 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up. The car in front of us drove off after no one took his order for 15 minutes. The cashier took our money and another employee came to the window and told us the total again and asked if we already paid. Very slow and disorganized. This is about the 3rd time it has been this slow; won’t be back.

Me and my kids wanted to eat outside since it’s a nice evening, so we went to sonic, we walked up to outside menu and picked out what we wanted to order so my son pushed the button, the button was flashing, we sat there for 6 mins so my son pushed the button again and no answer a car hope lady brought out a drink to a car that was in the car hop section, my son proceeded to ask the girl if this button worked and we are ready to order all she had said yes it sure does work I will see what’s going on and she walked inside, another 5 mins passed as we are sitting at the outside tables and nothing, we pushed the button again and nothing so we lefted, mind you I could hear all the employees messing around inside laughing haven a good time, there was 3 cars in drive through and no one eles in the pull up sections! NOT HAPPY AT ALL we sat there for a total 15 mins waiting to order and we got not 1 response worst customer service still, I thought with new management it changed bc that is all I hear on the Facebook group so I thought we would give them another try! Don’t waste ur time

Order ice cream through the App, but when we got to Sonic in Hastings, every stall we pulled into was not working. We eneded up finding one that actually worked but the monitor said that there was an error and to push the red button for service. Push the red button and sat there for 20 minutes. No body answered the red button. Finally went up to the door and they said that the app said we were at stall 17, which I don’t know how as it was not even working. There were alot of stall monitors not working and they seemed to care more about drive thru then the other customers in stalls. This sonic needs some major updates/repairs as it is not working well.

I drive for doordash and upon arriving to pick up an order I pulled into one of the car lanes pushed the red button and waited for 15 minutes never got any service went to the drive thru and said I was there for doordash the response I got was “okay” and nothing else I pulled up to the window waited for another 10 minutes while watching 3 people sit in a circle inside on there phones at that point I cancelled the order and left and will definitely never be going back to this Sonic weather it’s for doordash or not

The call buttons didn’t work. They argued about our order. Then they got the order wrong. The girl at the counter appeared to be stoned. Then they completely forgot about us for 20 minutes. When we were getting ready to leave, then they tried to take our order again.

Stopped to get a soda and a blast. Ordered a Oreo and cookie dough blast and got a large cup of ice cream with cookie dough sprinkled on top. went back to get it fixed and they just sprinkled a little Oreo on top to make it look ok.
