This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. We first pulled into a stall hit the red button with no response for about 5-8 minutes. We then decided to go through the drive thru and had the worst experience there as well. We sat there for more that 5 -10 minutes waiting for them to say what would you like to order. While trying to order they stopped several times and couldn’t remember what I said. I had to repeat myself 5 times. We then pulled up to pay. After we paid we sat there for another 10-15 minutes waiting for just ice cream. They even tried to had us a bag a food that we didn’t even order. They also dropped the cherry on the counter but couldn’t tell if they used that one or not. If we hadn’t of already paid I would have just drove off. This literally was the worst I have ever seen. We will never go back.

Do not go to sonic on your 15 minute break hoping to get lunch, you will end up leaving without food. It also takes about 5-10 minutes for someone to notice you in the drive threw.

Waited over 10 minutes to be told they would be with me shortly, then car pulled up next to us and I heard them be told they would be with them shortly. Five minutes after other car was told they would be with them, they took their order first. I waited 5 more minutes and they still never took my order. We ended up leaving after waiting over 20 minutes. It seems like every time the wait is terrible, but this time it is like they forgot we were there. I will not be going to this location anytime soon.

Stopped for breakfast. Burrito was good. They served me the absolute worst iced coffee ever. The first sip was good, then the rest of the glass tasted like it was all syrup. It ruined the drink.

We pulled up to a space to order and pushed the button. No answer and the screen showed it was “loading” so we moved over a space and pushed that button. No response there either. We should have started out at the back of the long drive-thru lane. Took quite a while to order; we were there with the lunch crowd. Cheeseburger was good with lots of lettuce and pickles. The small order of onion rings contained 4 small rings – kinda’ pricy for 4 but they were good while they lasted. Popcorn chicken seemed freshly cooked. Diet cranberry limeade was refreshing as always. Staff member made sure we had the right order.

The Snuggary

We ordered 2 value meals. One of them had the wrong toppings. After a trip back to get the correct sandwich, the large fries that were in the bag had been taken out. They were replaced with a small fry. We’d paid for large. When we tried to call to complain (not wanting to waste more gas), we let the phone ring over 30 times on two different attempts. No one ever answered.
