Was extremely disappointed in the service of the manager. I love bacon, so I ordered 6 orders. Now the girl on the intercom stated 2 slices per order. Ok. Get order and definitely not 6 orders. Poor server. I expected to see manager to handle but server came back. Wanting to charge me $5 more. Sent him back with bacon. Over 15 minutes later the manager comes. Oh how rude. Told us that he counted the bacon and it was correct. So calling customer a liar…Really. I am a regular customer here and regulars know me…Don’t mess with my bacon. Going to start checking ALL my food from now on!!!!!!!!

Yesterday they discontinued my usual(grilled chicken sandwich)! This was the only “healthy” sandwich on the menu! I’m highly disappointed because it was delicious and I ordered it a lot! I had to order a hamburger and it was not all that great! Today I ordered chicken strips and mozzarella cheese and when I got to work I realized they failed to give me my bbq and marinara sauce!

Would have gave 5 stars but they don’t open for breakfast. We have to drive 10 miles out of our way cause we live in Morgan City and they don’t open til 10. You would think with a Hospital across from them, they would be open for breakfast.

Morgan City,La. Usually good food. Ordered a fish sandwich, came out took bite all could taste burnt bread. Opened up sandwich whole bun burnt. Car hop came over seen sandwich apologized and I also mentioned had asked for extra tartar sauce showed him barely any. So he went and had them remake. Second one comes out, weighs about twice as much first sandwich. Sandwich drenched in sauce, call out for Manager showed them sandwich, Manager made excuses for cooks. Told manager that it was done on purpose, that as a manager need to step up allowing food out to customers that is nasty. Offered a different entree, but lunch was over and everybody was done eating.

Your normal sonic food, except, this location is always abundant with very good employees. Always kind, always moving with purpose, always tactful, but not uptight. I would give it three stars just for the food, which would be what I would give every sonic that exists (sonic has good food, but, I mean, its fast food), but this location gets 5 stars purely because of the staff.
