Gave 5 stars only because maybe I have the absolute worst luck at this particular Sonic location but have never had a good experience here and the owner is definitely an @$$! Called in to let them know all of my food was extremely cold and was told by the owner I was a liar! Explained to him I didn’t want anything free just wanted them to know so it doesn’t happen to another customer in the future! Still refused to admit they had pre made my order prior to me arriving to pick it up! Ordered on the app! That’s the worst of the 20 plus bad luck moments my family and I have had there! Love supporting locally owned and operated Businesses but that location will definitely not be getting another penny from me!
