This is the second time I’ve been to this location in 2 weeks and no one will respond to me at the drive up intercoms or in the drive thru. I rarely ever go to sonic but there’s been plenty of employees there each time I’ve tried to stop recently. The first time was about 20 minutes before closing, which I can understand starting to shut down at the that time. The second time was tonight (June 23rd), 2 hours before closing, and I still couldn’t get service. Plenty of employees there as well. I even made eye contact with someone inside and they noticed but moved out of my view?

I guess you have to come a certain time of day to get good food/service. My food was prepared very sloppy. Cheese was melted and stuck to the paper on my coneys. They were stacked so they would collapse and get stuck. I complained about it and asked for them to be remade and put in a flat box container. It was brought out the same way collapsed and stuck together. I again complained and was told that’s how it’s coming out so that’s how you’re going to get it. And I didn’t get my reciept. Had to ask for it multiple times. None of my orders of tater tots were full, they were cold also. Odd as got as it is outside.

Worst customer service. I’m unsure who manages this sonic. However, it’s now my least favorite fast food restaurant. Sadly a year ago or so it was amazing. I’m unsure what has happened but I recommend an entirely different staff. Every single staff should be replaced. The sonic on Kaliste Saloom is amazing and should consider having them train their employees.

Ordered drive thru. Total was $9.32. I paid with $20 bill. Cashier gives me $10.45 change (a dime, nickels and 5 pennies). So I told her she didn’t give me correct change. So instead of her taking change back, she gave me the difference in more nickels and pennies with an attitude. Also no receipt. There was No reason for her attitude and behavior. She needs lessons to better customer service. Food was good but customer service sucks.

Ordered using the Sonic app and they forgot me gherkins (something I learned in Ireland as I kept asking for pickles and they kept asking what I wanted “pickled” – they don’t just have cucumbered “pickles” as it were but they do have “gherkins” the Irish version of the “pickled cucumber”…
