This location has definitely degraded over the last couple years. The service quality has gone down significantly. We never had issues before but now every time we have gone we have had rude service (continually being interrupted and/or given an attitude over the com) and our food has been wrong many times. This most recent time we were not even given a receipt so we are unable to get our food corrected. We aren’t asking for much, no complicated orders. I just expect to have 5 tenders in a 5 tender meal, not 2 for example. And to be given good service.

First, credit card machine didn’t work so had to pay cash. Second, my Route44 was filled with ice so I basically got a small with a ton of ice. I noticed it when my son finished his large before we left the parking lot. His was full of ice too.

Come here all the time, order the same thing all the time, gave too many chances, not coming here anymore. The oreo blast are a joke, don’t just sprinkle oreo crumbs on top of the soft serve it’s supposed to be mixed throughout the whole cup of cream. I didn’t think this was a hard job to do and I didn’t think the menu was hard to follow, know one takes pride in their job these days and they wonder why they don’t get tips($$). Tired of lazy food preparation and service, done with this location.
