We placed large order and when we opened our orders, 2 of the burgers don’t have what we ordered (tomato, lettuce, cheese & bacon). What we got had ONLY meat & bread! One of our burgers the bottom bun was BURNT, not slightly burnt but entire bottom bun was inedible! Also missing was the 2 Marinara sauce told to add instead of Ranch dressing with Cheddar Peppers order. Onion rings ordered and got fries with 2 orders instead. This was the worst food order I’ve ever gotten from a Sonic!

this location is absolutely ridiculous. waited over 10 minutes just to see the workers laughing and talking through the window, with no other cars in sight. there should be no reason to wait that long while y’all clearly aren’t doing anything. the past 3 times we’ve waited over 20 minutes and all the screens were mostly broken. this is a pathetic place.

Get it together Sonic! The order kiosks are broken so you cannot tell if they will take your order or if your order is processing, it doesn’t move to the payment screen so you have to pay after receiving the order, and when I get my ice cream it’s been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be taken because 2 out of 3 times it’s already melted. Not just the top, like the middle, too so it’s soup. This location used to be good but now I think twice about stopping for those reasons. I’ve pressed the red button to order and have driven away twice thinking I wasn’t going to be served. But the melted ice cream is the worst. I want to eat frozen ice cream when I buy it, not put it in the freezer to eat tomorrow.

Using the app is completely pointless because you will still have to wait 15+ minutes for your food. Plus, they are always out of stuff. I live 5 minutes away from this location and used to eat here regularly, not anymore.

Most of the drive-in stalls had broken computer screens, and even though we were only 2 people ordering in our car, we watched many other people be served before us. In fact, it took 27 minutes for our food to arrive. (There were not that many other customers, either.) The waitstaff seemed to serve those they knew before “strangers” as they stopped to talk with people who got their food ahead of us. When the food finally did get to us, it was not hot. I won’t be going to this location again.

3rd time we go to this location. Never even got to place my order. Waited over 30 min. Finally answered. I was giving my order and said cant hear me .click .pressed the red button again no response. Three tries and got no where. I will not go back to this location. District supervisor needs to see about this location.

I hit the button twice just to be told they would be with me in a second and still never took my order. We got jobs we gotta get back to and only have so long for lunch breaks. It took one of the guys bringing food to my truck that I didn’t order to be able to actually put my order in. This is the worst location possible.
