Terrible service! We are traveling and staying local and stopped for breakfast. Ordered on the app. 10 min later our order said it was on its way. 10 min later we still didn’t have it so we pressed the button to check and make sure our order was coming. A nice lady said it was on the way. The car hop was less than pleasant, short of throwing our food at us we tried to apologize saying we just weren’t sure if the app may have malfunctioned checking us in and why nothing came out, she stated she was the only carhop (which she wasn’t, we saw more than just her and there was only one other car there so not slammed) as she got an attitude and turned around and walked off like she put us in our place while we were trying to apologize stating we were just making sure it didn’t malfunction since nothing had come out. We sat there long enough our vehicle actually cut off and had to be restarted. We definitely won’t be stopping at this sonic again.

My friend & I wanted something sweet. With today being Memorial Day, there wasn’t many options to our late night craving. We decided on Sonic. I gave them a call , the women who answered was very nice and she didn’t have any attitude beings my question was kinda stupid. She advised us they was open till 11 and proudly serving Ice Cream. (Since if they was serving ice cream was one of my stupid questions) We loaded up and headed to our local sonic. My friend ordered the new strawberry slush thing and I a drpepper float. The young girl at the drive through was very sweet and had our drinks at a timely manner. Great job Sonic

What an awesome experience.! We stopped in Crowley for lunch on our way home, the order taker was such a breath of fresh air. So polite and professional, she even walked out to the cat to double check and make sure she had our order correct. The service we fast, the delivery girl was awesome as well, very polite and attentive. The food was prepared to perfection. Served hot and delicious.

My chicken slider tasted horrible. The chicken wasn’t even edible. I’m not sure what kind of pickles they use but they are nasty. The bread was a little hard. My fries were so bad that my dog, that eats absolutely anything, refused to eat it. 1/5 horrible food.

Asked for diet Dr pepper with diet cherry added and got a regular Dr pepper after asking 3 times. I should have known better bc I’m diabetic but now my sugar is too high. Our food wasn’t fried all the way either. They have too many kids there messing around instead of working. Would not recommend anymore, this isn’t the first time, we’ve had issues for years.

I now call this store “can’t get right”. This is one of the worst Sonic’s I’ve been to. The manager refused to make me fresh fries after they got my order wrong. I was supposed to eat cold fries with a hot sandwich. I’ll take my $$ to the next town with a sonic because I don’t like to waste money. Sure wish I could post pictures…

The burger was very soggy and smashed. The bun was pretty much disintegrated from being so soggy there is only like one tomato, couple pieces of small lettuce, one pickle and couple of chunks of onions so I can’t figure out why I was soggy and flat and the were fries cold
