This sonic is absolutely horrible. Rude management. Always missing stuff from your order. Paid for items on the app and they were out of, no big deal, I didn’t ask for a refund since is was 1/2 off happy hour for drinks anyway. Carhop was short on straws, no big deal. Paged them from the stall and they immediately tried to put me on a hold so I let them know all I needed was a straw. The person said ok. I waited and waited. After a while I knocked on the kitchen door over and over. No one looked or heard me. Straws were literally right inside the door so I grabbed one and walked out. After I was already heading back to my car the manager was yelling for me to come back so I did just for her to yell that someone was coming, they werent I was literally there watching, and that I can’t go inside. Some cursing ensued and I just left. There were no signs on the door which is why I just decided to open the door and grab one.

So i go here to get me a quick treat only for it to turn into a 15 – 20 min wait just to order which I didn’t after being told 3 times that they would just be with me in just a minute so I left funny thing is this isn’t the first time this happens. This has happened to me 3 times, after this last time I will surely not be going back!!!

This sonic keeps getting worse. Just a bunch of children the manager can not control. Ordered a large watermelon, blue raspberry slushee only to get a clear one with absolutely no flavoring. My wife called 3 times only to be hung up on. This definitely is not the first time we’ve had bad experiences including missing food, or waiting over an hour just for 1 item to come out. Bad service all around. As someone who owns a small business locally, that is NOT how you run a business. Whether we’re one family or not, sonic has lost our business for good.

I went here a year ago and only got a drink and ended up getting really sick I decided to come back today and give them another shot I have been vomiting and having diarrhea all day. My food tasted kind of cold and wierd and then my drink had more syrup than an IHOP pancake. Won’t be going back again.
