The order screen was not working correctly and they seem to be under staffed which made the wait time a little longer than usual however, when my food finally came, the young lady was extremely apologetic and had a great kindness to her I couldn’t fault her for the breakdown in communication and I tipped her. BTW, the food was wonderful, everything was hot and fixed just like I wanted.

I ordered the 3 piece crispy tender meal, the meal was cold, tater tots were hard, and I was given an end piece of bread not thick texas toast as described. I asked the server do you guys serve the end piece of bread to customer, and he responded yes. I gave him the end piece of bread to throw away.I live in the area service is a hit or miss with food and or services. Fast food customer service to provide hot food has gone down tremendously. I will drive 20 minutes to another Sonic then visit this one that is 5 minutes from me.

I rarely eat fast food because my order is almost always messed up. I don’t know why I thought that if I ordered through doordash there was less of a chance of my order being messed up. Of course I was wrong. I ordered a simple double cheeseburger with only mayo, mustard, pickles, and lettuce. What I got was a double cheeseburger with bacon, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. I guess I’ll try again next year and see how bad they screw up then.
