Went to the St. Francisville Sonic at 5:30 this evening. I went against my better judgement, but my wife wanted Sonic. The customer service, once again, was terrible. The carhops were dressed very unprofessional and inappropriate. We couldn’t even place our order! There were multiple people complaining directly to the “so-called” employees about the same thing we were experiencing. We watched several customers drive off before us with the same exact issue. This particular Sonic is making many people mad in this town. I would highly recommend revamping the staff. I don’t know what happened to this location within the past 2 years. The locals (like myself) are getting very furious!

Absolutely the worst sonic! half the stalls don’t work & the ones that do you have to press the button multiple times bc no one answers for at least 10-20 minutes when theres basically no other vehicles there. Our order was completely forgotten about & they had to ask us again what we ordered. We’ve tried to give it chance & chance again but it’s terrible every time. We’d rather drive to Zachary than give it another chance.
