I’ve been to the Sonic three times and every single time I’ve had to wait 15 minutes before someone answered the call button today after I saw someone walk up and get service faster than me and no one else was in the parking lot and somebody just walked up out of nowhere and they answered the button for him instantly and I was sitting there for like 15 minutes this morning I’m never stopping here again

My experience at sonic wasn’t the best… I went there two different nights and never received any service. Don’t waste your time or money on this specific sonic! Drive the 10 minutes to one in Central, it’s worth it.

After waiting for a long time in a lane with the red button, someone finally came on and told me to go to drive thru. There was a car in front of me and it took a long time to take their order. When I pulled up to place my order, I waited for a longer time than acceptable only to be told that they were not taking any more orders. I literally spent almost 15 mins with no one ever taking my order. I drove to the Baker location and have ordered and passed back by this location in less time than I spent waiting for nothing. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Do better please!

I walked up to order. The work vehicle doesn’t fit in the parking lot, which is fine.. I gave my order the 1st time and halfway through the lady on the other end stopped taking my order and didn’t say another word until I hit the button again. I repeated my order for a 2nd time and again got no response. Wasn’t given a total or spoken to again. So I left. My order never came on the screen either time I gave it and got zero response!! Not understanding why or what was going on but some kind of response would have been helpful and I would have had more patience with the situation.. I understand staffing issue, I do not understand no communication..
