I got the new burger and tots meal for 3.99. I was expecting the double cheese bugers that I always get but on Texas toast . Boy was I wrong. I have never seen patty’s that thin. It looked like newspaper thin sheet of hamburger. The tots were good. Service was good. I will go back to this location but will NEVER ORDER THIS AGAIN

Today had worst food ever at this Sonic. Chicken strip box opened at home had very small, over cooked, tough dried out strips. Coke didn’t taste like coke at all. Poor quality overall. I don’t plan to go back.

Where’s the accountability? If the point of the app is to carry you through every step of the way, and I am still sitting here 30 minutes after they have cleared out my order, then how is Sonic being held accountable for bad customer service? The timers are there for accountability. Sonics receive awards for getting customers in and out but when they are clearing the orders way before delivering them, then they are liars. Below is a picture of my food….oh wait, it’s still not here.
