The problem is not the service or the food but it’s the equipment. I went into stall 14. I pushed the red button and the screen went dark. I stopped the carhop “Tugger” who said that they all go dark but they still can hear inside. After I explained how it was lit up until I pushed the button, he agreed to take my order manually once he gets inside. As he left, the order menu rebooted. It showed me that it’s running Windows 7. Then it showed me all of the child processes it had to call to bring up the order menu. After a few more screens, the order menu came up. I pushed the button again and got an attendant immediately. I placed my order and when finished, the menu froze up. I had to give my carhop my card and let her go back in to run it. Sorry about that Holly. I stopped another carhop, a very sweet lady, and let her know. She says that happens a lot. Oh yeah! My stall had painted graffiti on the menu, too. So, maybe upgrading the software and beautifying the stalls would get you better reviews. Definitely not the staff’s fault for the poor reviews.

The lady is working there is very rude when the other guy was nice to me I told her I only use apple pay but i said i have pictures can you manually when the guys say yes the lady said we dont what if the card is stolen but i said i have ID on me which you can check it but still refuse my card because I’m black that is why and there is also white dude which they used his card by only showing him the picture of the card

Could not dine in considering it is over 110° outside. I gave them my order and proceeded to tell them I wanted the blue raspberry slush, only to be interrupted and told that their slush machine is down. The slush machine is the icon of any SONIC! People do not come here because of your good food, they come here for the drinks. I will not be a return customer to this disgraceful location. My suggestion is to tear this down, because obviously the employers and owners do not care anything about this property.

Friday afternoon, not busy. Inside dining area was not open, she stated because it was filthy and she hadn’t cleaned it yet and because we walked over from the Loves, we had to sit outside. But the tables outside look like they have never been cleaned. Disgusting.

They advertise that you can done in but the staff just randomly lock it up when they feel like it. Me and several other customers asked the staff about it but they just said we locked it and no further explanation. So we were forced to sit outside in the cold.

As always it appears their slush machine is broken. 102° outside. You would think they would want to monopolize on that fact. The inside dining area is filthy. The booths are in a state of disrepair. One bench when you sit on it it feels like it is going to collapse and drop you on the filthy floor.

Would do half a star, but cant everywhere I find online says closes at 10 came here at 9:40 and they were already lights off and doors closed and the lady with golden hair said “sorry we close at 9pm not 10pm” yet I passed by to get fuel at 9:30 and had to park to come in and they closed up, terrible for businesses, does not make the company look good
