The staff here in my experience has always been very helpful and I think it stems from the managers and to the owner. They are very hands-on with the restaurant. I placed my order and then decided I needed to add more to it. They could not add to the same order, but instead made me give two separate orders, which was fine with me because that way I knew that there would be no mixup. Smart move on the crew. Nine times out of 10. My food is always hot and fresh. Even when the parking lot is packed it always seems like my food is fresh. Kudos to the team at Minden sonic.

After waiting for 3 to 5 minutes for the drive-through to take our order with no response, we decided to order on the app. After another 10 minutes waiting for a corn dog, a pretzel and 2 drinks we called them and let them know that we were still waiting. After another 20 minutes I went in and asked about our order. They finally brought it out along with some coupons. Don’t be hungry or in a hurry if you stop here.

I placed order on app. After waiting at stall 19, my order was brought out to me, but car hop stated, “you gone have to wait 20 mins or come back for your shake” I’m literally in shock, because how she said it and this was MY money. I told her that I lived 20 – 25 mins away and I wasn’t going to wait that long for a shake. She then says, “I’ll tell them and walks off” she didn’t even give me a chance to ask how it was being reimbursed. I wait about 3 mins and she never came back out. My transaction was pending by my bank,, so I was thinking it will refund me the 5.00 after processing that night. Well, it didn’t. I have been waiting 2 days, no credit, my card was charged 12.90, which includes shake. That’s stealing….very upset and the funny thing, the girl was nonchalant about the whole situation. If you don’t like your job, there’s plenty other ones. I don’t know who the Manager on duty was that day, but she was just as wrong as the car hop. I know I placed it on the app, but I should have been given a raincheck or something. Don’t place your order from the app at this location!!!
