Food is good and prepared in a timely manner and the employees have a welcoming attitude. Only problem was when we got home was that one of the burgers was missing a patty (instead of the double we ordered, we got a single).

App gave me trouble, but I finally got the order to go through at 4:09 pm. It showed up on the stall screen, but then after a few minutes went away. After another 10 minutes of waiting with no order received, I used the red button and were told it would “be right out.” It is now 4:34 pm, the screen has cleared again, the stalls and drive thru are full, and only one person is running orders to the cars. I left without receiving my order of two drinks because it’s just not worth asking again. I rarely visit Sonic because of issues like this, and I certainly won’t be doing it again anytime soon.

Went at 8:30 am on Sunday March 26th. Guy in the drive through did his job well even gave us some extra picante for the burrito. Burrito came out a bit messy but they re made it quick and we left happy.

Waited over 10 minutes for them to respond after hitting the red button but they never did. Went around to drive through to order. Worker gave me the order but not the change I was due (are we supposed to tip the drive thru people?). Sausage burrito was stale, the sausage bits were hard and tasteless.
