Ordered 2 drinks on the Sonic App, 10 minutes ahead of arriving at the store. Waited another 10 minutes at the restaurant with no response from anyone in the store. I called the store and there was no answer. 5 minutes later I had to flag down a worker to tell her we had been waiting for 2 drinks. It took another 10 minutes at least before I received my order. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

it took 5 minutes for someone to answer the button, then once we ordered it took about 45 minutes for someone to bring out our food. we gave specific instructions about two of our food items and they made it completely the opposite of what we requested. then we were missing a burger from our order so we let them know, it took another 30 minutes for them to bring out the missing burger. my 5 year old could do better

In the drive through for 15 minutes. No one was taking orders. 4 cars left. You lost business!! This is every time. Then it takes 10 minutes to get your food. The manger needs to step up and do his or get job.

On one visit, the French toast sticks were greasy, hard and cold. The Member’s Mark French toast sticks taste better. On another visit, I ordered the sausage egg burrito combo. All the food was cold. On a third visit, no one would answer to take the order. This was prior to the lunch rush.
