I placed an order got 3 burgers & 5 pretzel twist. The burgers were made completely opposite ordered 2 with no onions & cheese. 1 burger no cheese. They put onions on the 2 cheese burger’s & no cheese & put cheese on the 1 with no tomato cooks were not reading the order correctly. Called the manger she was very sweet & apologetic & is giving us 2 new cheeseburgers.

Rayville Sonic management sucks…I order two combs and they messed up the order… Instead of correcting their mistakes by sending out two fresh burgers. they gave me the old burgers that they had messed up , cut off the part that was bitten off. The manager said that because we had eaten more than a bite. She wasn’t going to replace their mistakes. I have never experienced such poor customer service…Not going back!!
