I haven’t encountered an unfriendly person here. But. The food. It’s very hit or miss whether my order will be correct. That is the most frustrating part. When we have a good meal, it’s great! When I get home, and there’s items on my burger I specifically asked not to be, it’s aggravating. I gave service 4 stars simply because everyone has been friendly.

We ordered the chili cheese dogs. The hot dogs looked and tasted like they sat in water for hours. The chili was skimpy. Last time we ordered them at our local Sonic they were amazing. At this Sonic, they were not good.

This location has had trouble for months. I think they are having staffing problems. We have stopped eating there for awhile. We have waited as long as 35 mins to get food. We have been served burgers that were lightly browned but cold and raw in the middle. They are always willing to correct the problems. At this point I stop for drinks only.

Next time ya’ll can save the Styrofoam and put it in a package like the ketchup comes in for my 5 piece chicken dinner. 8 out of 10 times I go, they either don’t give me my full order or they don’t get it right. Pictures include gravy, tater tot/hashbrowns?.. check your order before you leave everytime.

The staff is not friendly. Basically threw my food out to me without a bag. I then asked if I could have a fork and the lady at the window replied it’s in the food. I ordered a chili cheese tot. Wouldn’t recommend this sonic unless you just like unfriendly people and bad service!
