Service was not slow, but we watched the carhop wander around looking for the right stall, and they got the order wrong. The quickly added the missing items, but it is frustrating to have to ask. Tots were warm, but not hot. Chicken strips were overcooked, but edible.

If I could give a lower review I would. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake master milkshake and got a strawberry milkshake. The number 11, chicken tender boxes (2) I ordered were old. The jumbo popcorn chicken I ordered (1 large, 1 medium)was old…not even edible. If you look at the pictures, there was basically no chicken or it dissolved. Not to mention, I didn’t get my dipping sauces. Chicken was hard as a rock. My previous experience with this location was similar, but wanted to give it another chance. I will not be coming back to this location.

This experience was horrible. They charge 2.99 for a fresh banana mini shake. Yet, they charge 1.18 EXTRA that said “ADD BANANA” WHAT? I didn’t add banana. I literally ordered 2 fresh banana mini shakes. And they charge an extra 1.18. Watch your receipts. See if they have hidden prices that are not on the menu. When I brought this up to the District Manager. She said she can not control what they do and it’s not her fault.

Would have gave a higher rating if they wouldn’t have gotten me my order completely wrong asked for no mustered on my burger and all the put on it was twice the amount of mustered it was supposed to have and the tots were ice cold not even warm at all

I had breakfast late this morning while on the road. I was slightly disappointed with the size of my egg and bacon biscuit for the price compared to the size of the egg and bacon toaster. The tater tots were a little undercooked and greasy. I asked for light ice, but ended up with a cup full of ice. Definitely not the best Sonic I have been to.

I placed an order through the app and waited after checking in. After about 30+ minutes, I walked up to the door and spoke to 2 different young ladies. They couldn’t locate my order so I showed them the receipt in the app and gave them the ticket number. They suddenly found it and said it would be right out. The food was cold and they only brought out one of my drinks and it was one wrong. I had ordered sweet tea but it was not sweet in least. When she returned with my coke, my husband and I both told her it wasn’t sweet tea and she argued saying it was. When we told her again it wasn’t, she stormed off and made a loud aggravated noise. When she returned I said thank you and she totally ignored me. Next time she can drink the unsweetened tea and then tell me I’m wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TREATED LIKE IM BOTHERING SOMEONE WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG. It’s not my fault they lost my order and then forgot one of the drinks while bringing the wrong one out altogether l. I tried to understand that they were busy but being rude is unacceptable customer service. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s and save myself the aggravation!!!

I only get drinks cause the food isn’t great but ok, but this morning there was only one other car besides myself, I literally was there 6 minutes waiting on them and I did the app order. It’s just frustrating when I didn’t see anyone in there for like 4 minutes I’d understand if it was busy but literally one other car! I don’t like to complain bout stuff but this irritated me this morning.

The only sonic where if you ask to remove something and add something else, they rip you off. Not sure how many times I’ve ordered sauces to go with my food like Mozzerella sticks or cheddar peppers. Should be automatic. What’s the worst a customer could do? Not use it? But hey, if it saves the store a nickel then you’re a super hero employee here. I still always tip, but they don’t deserve it
