Hit or miss. Morning shift has made me wait an hour (yes, really, an hour) for a mobile order. Asked 4 times and was told it was still coming. It finally came an hour and 5 minutes after my mobile order was originally placed. When I got it, of course it was cold. Just my luck. The evening/night crew however is always great! I never have to wait for my order, it’s made correctly, and the carhops are always friendly. If you’re going to go to this location I’d recommend going during the night shift!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always hot and fresh in the car hops are always friendly. I’ve never had to wait an extreme time for my food and there has been times that I’ve been difficult to order and they are always patient and kind to me. I also love all the good deals on the Sonic app. My daughter who is autistic is absolutely obsessed with the mozzarella sticks. Keep up the good work Sonic in East End!

This was an amazing trip. I suggest getting the oreo and peanut butter sauce master milkshake. We got our food and drinks within 5 minutes after ordering it. I hope you will go there and don’t forget to try the master milkshakes. Leave a comment below and write a review of your own.

I mean, sonic is probably the most AVERAGE fast food place. Burger are good, not great, solid drinks and ice cream. Only huge knock to it here is the prices, a small concrete shake is like $5, and a sonic cheeseburger is like $11. So due to that, and due to the food not even coming close in taste to what you pay for it, leaving this at a 3.

The food was horrible. The tots were cold and as far as the toast it tasted like burnt bread. The meat was cold. I threw it in the trash. This location needs to do better. On a positive note, the drink was okay.

Absolutely terrible. It’s like they make a game of seeing how badly they can mess up your order after repeating it back to you and printing it correctly on the receipt. I’ve gotten used to not pulling away until I’ve checked my order so I can have them fix it right away, but today was special. I ended up having to repeat my order five times. Once because they entered the wrong stall, once because they hit the wrong button and had to start completely over and then I had to repeat every single item-twice. Twenty minutes later, I pushed the button to check on my order since i watched other people who came and went in the meantime and they said they sent my order to a different stall, so i had to repeat my order a fifth time. In the end, we got a single hamburger and a double cheeseburger, both with everything on them instead of the stupendously simple mustard and onions only on one and ketchup and mayo only on the other. This location needs to die just like the one we had a few miles up the road.
