I’ve been going to this sonic on and off for many years and there have been many times my food has been more than just messed up. Sometimes it’s been so greasy or old I can’t even eat it, and I usually don’t realize until I’m home. But there have also been times that I’ve gotten great food from here that is fresh and tastes amazing. I’ve noticed they mess up their side dishes alot more often then the other foods, but they usually never mess up the ice creams or drinks! And the people working their are almost always very nice. So overall, I would say the place is a 3 or 4 out of 5. Just check your food before you go

Same as usual. They can never ever get your order right now matter how simple it is. Tonight we order a number 2 and a number 4. Get home and the number 2 only has 1 meat patty on it. And when you call them to let them know about it,they say bring it back and we will give you the right one. Well what about my time and gas and me having to get back out in the cold while my other foodis getting cold.? You ain’t giving me anything besides what I just freakin paid for but now I’m having to get back out and waste gas. Everything is so high already but they made a mistake and that’s it. And next time will be the same way. They really need to get their stuff together or close down for real

Just waited at the window for 10 minutes after ordering my food in the drive thru. No one came to the window to explain the delay. Called the store to see what was up but no one answered the phone. Second time stopping at this Sonic while passing through the area. Disappointed both times. Will not bother to stop in the future. Do better.
