We love the Sherwood Hwy 107 Sonic! They always have great service and get our order correct! For instance, tonight there was a severe thunderstorm with high winds. Many people in the area (us included) had no power at home. We came to Sonic as so many others did to eat and drink with light while sitting in our air conditioned cars. Though there were two lines to get a stall, they were so well organized. They had someone who managed the traffic, getting people in and out in a timely manner. The employees even seemed to be enjoying themselves. They were smiling, laughing, and running to get orders. What organization and a pleasant experience!!

Got here at 9:11 pm, didn’t get our food due to a very long wait, we seen everyone else around us get their food and the same employee women who passed us multiple times didn’t ask us about our order. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. There were only six cars here. But I will give credit to Charleston who actually helped us and I appreciate him. If I could I would give him 5 stars.

Lately I’ve been dissatisfied with my orders. The food is always fresh and brought out at a timely fashion but today I waited over 15 minutes for my order and when my order came out my burger was made smaller than a kids burger. It seems like the food is getting mini sized no matter what I get. Wish I could show the actual size of the burger with the review to show how small the burger was. That burger wouldnt even satisfy my 8 year old child

Can they get anything right? I decided to just call it even when they missed my corn dog and gave me two more mozzarella sticks than I ordered. It’s always something – literally every time. Not to mention the chocolate syrup that was all over the bottom of my shake that ended up staining my khakis when I rested the cup there to shift my grip. Unbelievable!!!
