Multiple stalls don’t work and haven’t worked in months. Staff is very standoffish. Couldn’t get our two drinks right when we ordered through the app, and still couldn’t get it right when I finally was able to flag someone down and told them what it should be. That took about 8-10 minutes to get anyone’s attention despite me standing by the door and 3 people standing around not doing anything for an extended period of time. Tried it again after a couple weeks. Barely any ice in my coke, no cheese sauce for the pretzels, and on my wife’s large cheese tot they put a single square of cheese. Management isn’t holding staff to any standards. 100% done with sonic at this location. Absolutely zero excuse to not be able to read a written order and get it right.

We were passing through and I decided that I wanted a Diet Cherry Limeade. Ordered a Large one thinking that I would enjoy it. My guess would be that the nozzles are not being soaked overnight. It had a very bad taste. I tried drinking a bit and eating the ice but only got nauseated and I burped that taste all afternoon. Very disappointing.

Worst Sonic. Every time I order from here there’s something wrong with my order. These are the mozzarella sticks I got after I sent the first ones back. I got a jumbled mess of batter and cheese for a second time. Out of marinara sauce. I keep giving them second chances but they seem to have bigger problems than the occasional mess up.

The tots are always on point…..but they seem to like to over do the cherry limeade slushes. That and the whole pickle situation……bread and butter pickles have no place on a burger! Just change back to dill pickles for the love of all red meat!!!

Ordered 3 shakes @:8:55. 9:02 the screen indicated “Ashlyn” would be out with our order. At 9:10 pushed order button and they asked if they could take our order. Told them we did order, they asked if it was 3 shakes. We confirmed. They told us it would be out. At 9:18, we Had to get out of the car go to the patio and until we got our order. Evidently Ashlyn went off shift without delivering our order. The parking lot was pretty empty and there were more employees than customers. Received order @ 9:25.

Ordered for dinner. Same problem as usual with these kids. They can’t mix a lemon berry slush to save their lives. We order bacon and jalapeños, don’t even know if we’re paying for it, which I imagine we are, but the screens are broke, contrary, we get no bacon or jalapeños. Basically, it’s always the same kids doing this, they may not care but we do, as a community and as a paying customer. I gave this place a high score because my son works here and because Miss Whitney is a great manager. I guess we’ll only eat here when our son works at this point. I’m constantly told I don’t have to request real cherries for the cherry limeade also, but even when you order EXTRA REAL CHERRIES you can’t get even 1. Come on evening crew. Do BETTER. CARE A LITTLE PLEASE!
