I just came from this place I ordered and waited 20 minutes for my food and I was the only customer and when I arrived home my food was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted on my burrito. My burrito was ripped up and I tried to call back to let them know and they answered then left the phone on the counter then I called back and I can’t reach anyone now

For one the girl working drive through gave me change without my receipt and that within itself was a problem. I ordered 2 junior deluxe hamburgers. No cheese. With mayo. When ordering she told me it came with mayo lettuce pickle and tomato. I got a cheeseburger with mustard and pickle. Left came back.. the server was great in taking it in. But the assigned manager came outside in her regular clothes(knew she was a manager) gave me a smaller back and I said no cheese it was 2 she shoved them in my hand. I drove off and all I and was mayo and pickle. I brought it back wanting my money back. I was in 100 degree weather 10 minutes getting asked where was my receipt. And they can make it over. After this experience I won’t be back. It’s sad your hourly employees had more compassion and customer service skills than the store manager. I won’t ever go back. And I review most places I visit. At almost 1 million clicks on Google. People should treat this customer better

Amber at the window couldn’t have been more uplifting. I came tried and hot after talking to her I felt like dancing. The food even tasted better. Came to get a strawberry shake got two double cheeseburgers. Thanks girl needed that.

The women at the speaker answered said they did have what I wanted and then didn’t respond. So we proceeded through the drive thru to order something else. She was rude and we could barely hear her. Our drinks tasted all wrong and we didn’t even eat the burrito we ordered out of fear of contamination. I do not recommend this location we threw away what we ordered and went to another location. $12 wasted.

They “didn’t have” any salt packets, mayo or ketsup packets nor did they have any cups that they could bring mayo or ketsup out in. They were also out of utensils of any kind and were rude to boot. It’s a wonder how this location stays open.
