For one thing y’all don’t give out rewards like other places does and when y’all do it’s only once in a blue moon. And your chicken strips sandwich is not on the app so I have to order separate and that takes a lot of time. And most of the time the order takes forever when ordering on the app when it’s called order ahead and skip the wait well that’s funny.

The restaurant has really gone down hill. The burgers are almost always dry now, the prices are high and the service is crazy slow. I pull in the lot this morning at 7:01 only 2 other cars on the entire lot. I was in a hurry and ordered something small, 2 junior breakfast burritos. I waited on my order as 3 other cars pulled in, parked and were served ahead of me. I understand some people use the app to order ahead. At about 7:06 someone came out and asked what I ordered! At about 7:10 we finally received out food and were able to leave. Almost 10 minds for 2 junior breakfast burritos, with no one else there! That’s ridiculous.

I’m giving 3 stars because the food itself is great. It’s just the waiting time is ridiculously long. I get a 30 minute lunch break and I will place my order online first and still be almost late coming back because they take so long. I do understand being short staffed, trust me when I say I DO get that but hire new people on or something.
