The night shift crew at this location is the worst. It’s always the same experience. Slow service, cold food, lack of communication, and one car hop, a girl with brightly colored hair is ALWAYS rude, impatient and snappy, for no reason at all. Tonight their drive through was empty, and there were three cars in the stalls and they still took 20 minutes to bring me a bag of ice. I hate having to come here. Most of the time I will drive out of my way to the Berryville location to get food from Sonic because I know it’ll be fresh, fast, and they’re always polite and patient even when they have a line of cars waiting in the drive through. The managers either don’t care about their employees lack of customer service and their severe lack of urgency on getting their orders out the door or they choose to ignore it. There’s no reason for the way this location operates and its pretty ridiculous. I’m not someone that usually takes the time to even write bad reviews about places because I usually don’t care and I understand that everyone has bad days, but it is ALWAYS like this and it’s annoying to say the least.

These guys are by far some of the laziest and by far the worst “cooks” I have ever seen. Food never comes out right, and when it does its not worth the money you’re spending. Taste 3/10. Presentation 0/10. Cook speed 2/10. Then they always close the restaurant a good 30-45 minutes early. If they can’t even work their full shift how do you expect them to put a burger together? Worst sonic in northwest arkansas.

If I could do less than 1 star I would, VERY VERY SLOW!!! Not just once, every visit they are terribly slow! Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for 1 drink and drove off! Then I called to tell them not to bother making me a drink cause I left after 10 minutes and no one answered!

Went to GF Sonic to grab dinner tonight which was the Spicy Steak and bacon grilled cheese sandwich and the drive thru person said “we don’t make them anymore”……. Drive to Berryville and guess what??? They make it!!! Thank you Berryville for making sure I get what I want!

Well I can say that there are some Sonic’s that are better and some Sonic’s that aren’t so good. I will say this one in Green Forest is right in the middle. The breakfast burrito and coffee were cold but the onion rings were made fresh. The first drive in stall was out of order and the second one the carhop came to my car and took my order which she had to come back and make clarification of the options to the breakfast burrito but she was nice and as professional as to be expected. So with that being said it’s a role of the dice on this Sonic.

Ordered 2 drinks on the app. Got to sonic checked in. Said would be tight out with order. 10 minutes later still no drinks. Called them. Phone rang for 2 minutes. Even pushed the red button. Had to holler at car hop to get her to come to my car. Finally got drinks

Pressed button waited over 5 minutes and pushing button a 2nd time before I was acknowledged. Almost left. Not really that great of food to wait that long to be answered. And the food quality has gone down since Charles is no longer there. Bring him back.
