I came in the morning and ordered the Breakfast burrito they were able to customize it with both sausage and bacon and no cheese. Much appreciated for that, with a side of totes and drink sweet tea with Mango. It was pretty fast getting my food. The car hopper was nice and really joyful. The person that took my order was also friendly and made sure everything was correct on my order. I did appreciate the condiments because I forgot to ask for them when ordering that was a nice touch seen them in my bag Thank you.

Went there for a quick k lunch pulled in my husband was able to order his food but the lady cut him off after he placed his order. Didn’t ask if he wanted order anything else so I didn’t get to place my order. When the car hop brought my husband’s food I said something to her her response was “well I didn’t take the order, your totals $11” she then took my card inside and didn’t bother to take my order or help me with said problem. She came back and then asked “did you want another combo?” After she already ran my card. My husband only has 30 minutes for lunch this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Sonic. Take your time and make sure the order is complete instead of rushing and listen to your customers. Do better.

They didn’t put one of my crispy chicken sandwich in my bag or fires didn’t realize it until got home they charged me for the order they kept my receipt they wouldn’t believe me even know I had witnesses with me I’ll never go back there they’re girl who was taking the order cut me off and i had to push button to finish my order

Str8 to the point– if you really appreciate the ole school sandwich,(eg, Reuben, Club, etc) then you’ll be very disappointed in what they are calling a Patty Melt. Just saying. Be sure to talk slowly and loudly so maybe they’ll get your order right. My experience is that, it really doesn’t matter how/what you order, they’re gonna get it wrong.
