Don’t go to this Sonic! They totally forgot my order, the phone was busy (off the hook?) and when I drove up to the drive through, they just stared at me and then found my order just sitting there. I waited 10 minutes. They offered no apology. I even tipped a dollar because it’s hot out and the carhops work hard . I’d rather flush a dollar down the toilet than tip at this location. If you want Sonic in Rogers – go to the one just off I-49 and Walnut.

I came here to get 3 drinks that were pretty simple. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and when I get the drink (which was a strawberry tea) the bottom half of my drink was straight up strawberry purée like they didn’t at least mix it into the drink, as if that would make it better anyways, and it was disgusting. There is problems with the card readers outside also. This is the worst Sonic I’ve been to.

Ordered 1 medium Dr. Pepper and checked in on the app at 12:02, waited till 12:08 and pushed the red button to Make sure they got my order but no response. Continued to press the button every couple of minutes and finally at 12:12 someone finally answered on the speaker. They told me they only had one car hop and they were working as fast as they could. The car hop had a black hoodie covering his head and a bandana covering his face. At 12:16 still no drink so I left empty-handed. Unfortunately in Northwest Arkansas, sonics here tend to give me bad experiences like this on a regular basis. I think the customer service and management is worse at a Sonic year than McDonald’s.

I ordered on the app as I always do for the 1/2 price slushies, this time I also ordered some food (3 piece tender dinner) I arrived 5 mins after placing the order sat in the almost empty parking lot for 15mins waiting. When they brought my food the food was cold the tenders were dried up and not freshly made. I asked for the food to be remade and was spoken to in a disrespectful manner. They brought me another dinner that was worse than the first. I dont see what is so hard about making fresh food.

Ordered the #11 chicken strips dinner, the girl had no idea what I was talking about, then didn’t ask what sauce I wanted with it. When I asked her about sauce she said, “what about it?” Really??? For real? What about it? Yeah, rude as heck. Never going back to that sonic again.

We ordered 3 drinks, 2 diet and one not we added cherry lime to all 3 drinks. The drinks that were diet sprite were disgusting the one with regular sprite was great. The syrup was apparently out on the diet sprites, we ask to have them re done an once again they were disgusting they did not replace the syrup so the drinks were awful. The car hop said there was nothing else she could do an walked off. There was no offer to fix this or bring drinks that were acceptable. We left w only one drinkable drink, an two that we had to throw away. No refund, no I’m sorry, no attempt to fix the issue. It will be a long time before we make any effort to go to this “Sonic” again.
