Arrived at this sonic at about 2:50 pm on 7/13/23. Pulled in a stall and pressed the button, and waited on the person to take our order. They answered, and I told them a number one. They then replied with, ” You said a sweet tea?” I then replied back no a number one. I then sat there in silence for a few seconds, and then they replied back, “What was that?”

I visited Sonic Drive-In recently and unfortunately half the stalls were out of order. There was no drive thru option either. The food was decent, but the tots were not hot. I also came here 20 minutes before closing, so maybe it would be a better experience during the day.

Went Sonic sit for 12 to 15 minutes, no service so I decided to call. The lady on the other end told me that she assumed I was ordering ice cream and the machine was broke. Don’t assume and answer the button so the customers can decide if they are willing to wait. Their service sucks, and their management sucks.

I ordered a # 11 and I didn’t get the gravy that comes with it the toast wasn’t buttered and the fries were dried out and the 3 pieces of chicken was way over cooked and very hard .Atkins sonic has went very down hill I think with the prices gong thur the roof you should at least get what you are paying for….
