Me and my boyfriend frequent this Sonic because it’s right by UAFS, but the past 3 weeks the service has just been plain awful. Our drinks are never ever made correctly, and half the time they are sticky with syrups all over the cups. We have to ask for napkins and sauce every time too. Today we went and I ordered some buffalo popcorn chicken and I was literally given the crumbs of the bottom of package, I had like 2 full pieces of popcorn chicken in the container. I didn’t say anything because they were apparently some issues with the computers in the kitchen and I just took it as a sign to never eat at this Sonic again.

Do not go here. Plain and simple. The service is consistently worse than anywhere else in town and you can’t even get a drink at lunch without waiting 30+ minutes. Lunch is not the only times they are slow, since I usually go later at night and they take just as long. I’m not sure what the workers do that take them so ridiculously long to get you what you ordered (which almost half of the time is wrong) but it gets to be frustrating when you keep giving this establishment another chance like I have and keep getting let down. Personally, I live close to this particular Sonic so it is the easiest to go to but I most likely will stray from giving them any more of my money. Disappointing.

Didn’t order much. Just got a hot dog and a Route 44 chocolate coke. The food and drink were great. The service was fast and friendly. However, this is Sonic. There is no atmosphere. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience.

It was hot on the day we went… so that was rough. The food was OK. The pretzel was small. The large popcorn chicken seemed small and it was more like chicken tender bites than popcorn chicken. My husband and son were very happy with their footlong hot dogs.

Order taker sounded like we were bothering her, couldn’t speak clearly and couldn’t take our order easily. Then we couldn’t pay at the screen because the order taker assigned the order to another stall. Then, after the car hoo has to take our card inside to pay, they only sent out 2/3rds of the order. The car hop has to look at the receipt that they just handed us to realize they didn’t bring everything out.

Literally paid a ridiculous amount for the worst food I’ve ever had. 5 bites of a LARGE chili cheese fry. Ridiculous. My daughter was supposed to get fries with her wacky pack and they gave her tots that were undercooked by the way. My grilled CHEESE burger had absolutely no cheese whatsoever and my bread was not toasted. The absolute WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had and I will not be going back. Y’all need to do better. 0/10. DO NOT GO HERE. the one on Midland Ave is a million times better and my food was never wrong and the food is always super fresh. It’s always an issue when ordering from this sonic on grand. horrible experience. feels like I wasted my money, next time I’ll go to Midland or not sonic at all. Something needs to change. the food SUCKED.

ordered a breakfast burrito that should’ve had bacon, sausage, egg, cheese and tater tots. there was no bacon or sausage, and only two tater tots. very small for how much i paid for it, half of it was rolled up tortilla. they were not busy at all. will not be going to this sonic again 😐
