One star. I’m not sure what the car hop was thinking… the online store said it had wings and the car hop decided to have an attitude and walk out to our vehicle. No reason to pop off at a customer. Take a deep breath and center yourself before you come to work. And if you can’t hear the customers, turn your volume up.

I ordered a cherry slush float and then said to the person taking the order just put cherry slush ice cream and more cherry slush and do not blend it … which should be simple because sonic used to make them all the time and some sonics still make them for me. My order came they charged me 4.00 for a medium cherry cream slush. I then called and asked they is the slush float for a medium on the screen was 2.99 and mine was 1.00 more and they kept saying because you ordered a cherry cream slush and I kept saying no I didn’t and I even asked them no to blend it when I ordered and never once said cream because obviously they are not the same and neither employee I talked to apologize for any error or wanted to make it right just kept arguing that I ordered a cherry cream slush lol I will not be back to this location … other sonics make it all the time correct without instructions…it isn’t rocket science much less basically call me a liar … not good business at all … I am sure the female was the manager on duty … because the male didn’t know what to say lol

This sonic is the closest to my house so I always come here but the access is horrible from the street. The pavement all around the sonic is also very uneven and could mess up your car. The service is good and the workers are friendly but I have had mistakes on my order a few times. They can’t change their location but they can fix their pavement so people dont ruin their cars. The food is alright. I mainly just get their tea during happy hour.

I am completely amazed in how you raise the prices on everything but the food quality drops!!! Ten dollars for a number one combo is just insane. Black charred hamburgers and cold stale fries won’t keep the doors open…. Oh and you can keep your $2.50 drinks!

Nobody was at the car stalls. It was sprinkling so I got in the drive-thru. There was one car ahead i had heard him order a drink and that was it….. Unless he decided to order something else at the window. After waiting 17 minutes as the second person in line on a not at all busy time. I got out of line. All I wanted was ice cream shake. I decided it was faster if I hopped across the street to Aldis and bought my own ice cream there. Convenience wasn’t so convenient today. Lesson to Sonic, 17 min in drive thru as second person in line with NO cars in stall is too long.
