Make sure you watch the screen entirely after you swipe your card at Sonic in Anadarko. I watched the numbers for tipping being pressed for $20! I told them about it and they verified that it wasn’t on my receipt, but there was a dollar tip, which I didn’t put on there either. They finally canceled the order. Just keep an eye out and check your receipts. Also they have a bad rep for things tasting like they been cooked in bad grease …

made an online order and paid with a tip and they brought my food and did not put ranch or honey mustard in my bag. honest mistake ok so pulled back around and asked nicely for what was missing to be told that i needed to pay for ranch and honey mustard because the app doesn’t know to charge for it. all good i would have paid for the sauce if charged but to leave it out completely and then try to charge for it later was ridiculous! hope a manager sees this and fixes this before they lose more customers because this isn’t something you tell someone after they come back with their order not complete that they left it out because their “app” doesn’t know to charge for it SMH do better sonic
