The biggest problem with this sonic location is the quality of the food. 7 out of 10 times the food is great. I’ve had a few burgers that were old, cold, and dry. But whenever they get it right, it’s incredible! This location is also very convenient. Service is pretty good! The only other complaint I have would be if I order mozzarella sticks they almost always forget the marina sauce. Overall though a good experience. I will keep going to this restaurant.

Awful service. Food is never fresh. They can never get orders right. We ordered from this location often and my we always made sure to specify that we wanted hamburgers WITH NO CHEESE and my fiance’s burger always had cheese. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which only come with mayo lettuce and tomatoes) and bit into an onion. Just over all an awful experience every time and awful customer service. And the parking lot always looks awful.

My whole order wasesses up I asked for no cheese and no ketchup I got ketchup and cheese on my #1 and then the MD fries were half empty and my breakfast burrito didn’t have sausage in it like really I will be callingthem in the morning I didn’t even get my receipt or napkins no straws for my drink I’m very disappointed I work in fast food at Taco Bell for seven years and to order something else besides taco bell and this is what I get that’s sad

Hands down the worst sonic location I’ve ever ate at. The foot longs were made with 6′ bread. The footlong was asked to have light chili and they covered that with extra chili. And there was no customer service period. Worst experience ever.

I’m posting for a friend. Today was a bad experience because of severe understaffing. Took almost an hour to get order and then it was wrong. The food was hot and tasty. Did not protest wrong food. Employees had to be sooo stressed and didn’t need more. Learned not to prepay. Would have cancelled order and left otherwise. Probably should have rated lower stars, but feel for employees. We did get coupons for further visits. The kicker is they expired 12/31/2021!!!

I’m only giving this Sonic 5 stars because I’ve been coming here for years, and up until a few weeks ago this place was so BAD! The customer service was either non-existent or terrible altogether. My order was always 10 minutes or more even just for a drink! But over the past few weeks there is a new girl named Laticia that is a breath of fresh air. You guys scored with that hire! When she is here my order is perfect! On time, and delicious. With an excellent attitude to boot. I thought I’d never be able to give a review at this store because they don’t let you give 0 stars. I hope you guys hire more people just like that!!
