I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line decided to pull around to a stall. Waited another 15 minutes. Nobody said anything to me..I hit the button about 10times.. I don’t know what was going on, but I’ll never stop there again. Mangers need to do something about that

I am not really a complainer. I just usually take things as they come but we are sitting at this particular Sonic right now. We’ve been here about 20 minutes. Spent 15 of them waiting for someone to answer the speaker. It showed it was activated so we know we pushed it. Was not busy but people were coming in way after we did and getting a response and their orders quickly. While we are waiting to place our order we have one employee outside riding around the parking lot on the side boards of someone’s suv and another young man riding a skateboard around the parking lot while drivers are having to watch carefully to avoid hitting him (he did act like he was being cautious but probably not the best place for that activity). We were there a total of 35 minutes just to place an order and leave. If this were a one time occurence I would not say anything (except for maybe the safety concerns of the vehicles and employee) but probably the last three or four times we’ve gone there it’s not been a pleasant visit because of the slow response time. I will give kudos to the employees in that they are seemingly nice, polite young people. Just need to speed up the response time.
