I have proof of purchase showing I had an order of cheesy fries. They didn’t provide the signature sauce or the cheese fries. I called 4x and no one answered. I’d rather drive 30min into town than go to this sonic ever again. I’m sure I’ll get no response to this either. It’s been a year of problems at this location specifically.

I am changing my review as the food quality here has seriously declined. 4 out of the last 5 times our food has been either burned or wrong. 2x my onion rings were burned and 2x my grandson ordered 2 hot dogs NO CHILI. The hot dog at the top of order had no chili but the one underneath had chili. Since the orders were to go the problems aren’t seen until you get to where you are going to eat.The manager was informed both times about the onion rings and offered to replace but I should not have to go back to get what I should have received the 1st time.

I use to love this place but last couple months have gone down hill. Food has been horrible lately and rude service. This time we pull into sonic at 745pm hit button at 750pn after deciding what to get. Then they finally answer back at 755pm and says we are closed. Even if you are short handed you dont treat customers that way.
