This place has gone WAY downhill since the remodel. They’re trying to operate on as light of a crew as possible because they don’t pay their staff enough to hire new employees, so now it’s online/mobile pickup and drive-thru only. They’ve torn down over half the stalls and no longer take orders from the red button. This is absolutely awful, and according to my Google Maps I’ve been here almost 60 times recently. No more!

Worst sonic I have ever been to! They got rid of half of their stalks so only have 6 working. When I got here to pick up my online order all stalls were full so I went through the drive through and sat there for 5 minutes before calling the store. The lady that answered said they had so many orders they had to stop taking orders for a little while. What? Ridiculous! Every time I come here there is a problem

I pulled into the drive through there was no cars in front of me I waited over 15 minutes for a cherry doctor pepper and a corn dog. No explanation didn’t even apologize for a taking so long there wasn’t a single car In the drive through the entire time I was there

Service was terrible. I had an online order and all the little boy would tell me is they didn’t have an order and hang up the speaker. NEVER would try to help me resolve the issue or get my order. He was very rude and short with me. There were systems issues obviously but never did get my food!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this location today was a far cry from adequate. I planned on using my reward for $1 grilled cheese through the app. When I arrived at this location there were 0 stalls available for me to park in after I went around the store twice. I then proceeded to jump into the drive thru and order there. I explained to the employee at the window about my circumstances on not being able to find an open stall. She told me that she would not take the reward because I did not order it through the app. After explaining to her again that I always order through the app when I get to the store and park in a stall, she continued to cut me off and say she would not honor it. I know this location has a reputation of serving cold orders to customers who order through the app and you can find that information just by reading other peoples experiences. I was approximately 30 minutes away from this location so I was not going to place an order while I was that far away and receive cold food. I would’ve liked to place my order at the store, while parked in a stall, so my food would hopefully be warm. Again, this particular location does not have high quality reviews so I suppose I shouldn’t have expected high quality service. I then asked for the manager and another woman came up to the window and very rudely said she wouldn’t honor the reward. Now I know this might sound like a minute and silly situation, but at the end of the day, it comes down to how customers are being treated at this establishment and by the look of the reviews I have read, it doesn’t seem to be just me. I believe this location has only been open for maybe a year at best and it’s unfortunate to see this location have so many negative experiences already. Hopefully the two employees that I interacted with today will have better interactions with customers in the future and treat them better when trying to work through a particular situation. I have already sent this in through the website so I’m hoping something good comes out of my bad experience. I would advise giving another Sonic location your business, even if it’s a few miles out of your way.

Don’t bother going over here right now. Drive thru doesn’t work, they aren’t paying attention to the window and most of the parking screens are down altogether or the buttons don’t work to call in.
