Went to order dinner for my family as a special treat. The app was broken, so I ordered through the drive in setup. At the end I was asked if everything on my screen looked correct, and I told them the screen wasn’t working. “Ok great. Well bye.” And I had no idea if what I asked for was taken down correctly. When I finally got the food home, more than half of it is dry and cold. I’d swear it all sat out from two days ago instead of being made in real time. This location has really gone downhill the last six months. I’ll go out of my way to drive to another going forward.

This has got to be the worst Sonics ever. I’ve tried to give this location another chance. Ordered a number one and the meat on the burger taste old and steal and the burger had a really bad smell to it. There was also a clear substance all over the bun making it wet and cold. DO NOT EAT HERE. You have been warned. The quality in food is horrible, disappointing and disgusting.

I just purchased a sausage burrito and asked for double sausage. Upon opening wrapping I noticed burrito was about half the length I am accustomed to seeing from Sonic. Once eaten I can say beyond a shadow of doubt I will not be back to this store.

This sonic is the worse sonic I have been too . The customer service was awful ! . So it’s 99 cent mozzarella sticks days and I ordered 5 small mozzarella sticks on my app , on the app it says that the marinara sauce comes with the mozzarella sticks so I just added ranch so I could have both , I get to the location and the carhop comes outside and hands me this bag with only 3 ranch in it so I asked if she would bring my marinara and another ranch she was nice at first until she came out the second time with one marinara sauce and a few ranch , I told her that I needed more sauce and she told me she was gonna charge me for it . Number 1 I have worked at sonic for years I have never once charged someone for it and 2 she was so rude when she said it . Then she went back inside and had the manager come on the intercom and tell me it’s policy that they charge for sauce and then She hung up on me so I kept hitting the button as I got hung up on about 5 time ! . She finally answers and was just so rude I politely ask for a manager and she comes outside so I showered her my app wear it says each mozzarella sticks should have came with at least one marinara she continued to fight with me and then walked away saying that she was gonna call the police on me … over sauce ! . So sonic has officially lost my business! Wish I could give 0 stars
