Came to this store and ordered my meal. I had to make sure they had wallet pay at least and they did confirm that it would work but unfortunately it would have to be paid through the app. This wasn’t realized until the order had already came and thankfully the manager was super cool about it. We still got the food, food was fresh and the customer service was on point. I apologize for not having my card but I’ll be back to bring more business! Appreciate it.

The silly girl didn’t know how to go around the stupid order kiosk in the stall. Plenty of space if she would have used her tiny brain to just go around. She first brought the wrong order to us. Terrified of my dog in the enclosed car, I guess the dumb girl thought my dog can go through closed Windows and doors. The food was horrible and wrong. Here’s a pic of the disgusting buffalo chicken dip bites.

My Wife was charged $5.32 for two waters.. She is non-confrontational, so she did not speak up, but she said the employee brining her the water was very assertive about that price. Two waters shouldn’t have costed more than $1.60.. Your employees are trying to gouge customers who won’t speak up.

Stopped in on Saturday night to get a drink and a snack and my carhop was face timing someone while bringing me my order. They were using rude language and she smelled of liquor. I tried to ask for some ketchup and she was too busy on her phone to notice I said anything. The screen said her name was Karen. So rude

Night crew is GREAT New in town came for a quick bite the service was excellent and the food was nice and hot which was great manager that brought the food out was very nice don’t know about the day crew they seem a little rude and they have messed up on my order a few times I’m taking as maybe because those are the busiest times but the manager at night she runs it really well

This place has a bad habit of clearing mobile orders before bringing food out so the timer doesn’t show how long it takes for them to get the order out. They do this because they do not meet sonic standards on speed of service. In doing so they often get orders wrong on top of the slow service or even forget the customer is waiting in parking lot. This girl just brought me a burger when I ordered chicken. Afterwards there was a very angry guy yelling at the order sign because he had been waiting on a burger for an hour. I’m assuming the burger they brought was his and very cold. They also brought out a melted slush when I ordered a cherry limeade.

Did a mobile order and checked in, Asked over the speaker if I could get some ranch and marinara with my order. When karen(my car hop) came, I tried to ask her if ranch and marinara was in there, She cut me off as she turned around and walked away and said “ya,ya,ya.”. And quickly walks away. There was not any in the bag, So I hit the button again ask for marinara and ranch. She brings me a marinara and is very rude, I have to hit the button again to get the ranch.. Again very rude. The whole time she’s holding her phone in front of her as if she’s on facetime or making video of her or Maybe the customers. very unprofessional, Also a security risk if she’s filming people making card transactions.
