We haven’t eaten at Sonic Drive-In forever. We ordered the #1 Sonic Cheese Burger , large diet cherry limeade (you can’t go to Sonic without getting a cherry limeade), tater tots, and cost us around $19 bucks (thanks to inflation), now folks it was Hot Temperatures outside and this place was almost full of customers in their cars ordering this delicious food. The cheeseburger we ordered was cooked to perfection , and tater tots were golden crispy delights. Your taste buds will be doing belly flops for all their delicious menu items , and this diet cherry limeade was really good . If you’re in this area, be sure to stop and be greeted by a very polite young man on the intercom. You can tell the employees were trained in good customers service .

Ordered and paid via the app…pulled up and cones and a truck blocking the entrance and exit….called about my order and was told oh yeah we are having technical difficulties…your order shouldn’t have even gone through…well it did so what now? Oh 7-10 business days once I can process the refund…then corporate (who was completely distracted and doing 15 other things) didn’t listen and I had repeat myself many times thought that an acceptable way to apologize was 2 coupons sent to the app for a rt44 drink only with purchase…after I had already explained how upset I was and that I would not spend money with their company again if this is how they treat people. The sad part is the money isn’t even the issue as all I ordered was a slush…it was the fact that I was able to order and then couldn’t pick it up and it took over 20 min to get an unacceptable solution…there is another sonic 4 min away that I would have been happy to go pick up my order but wasn’t even offered or the person at the store I ordered at was in there when I called and didn’t make the drink so after all of it my food I got elsewhere was ruined because of all of this….not good taking care or the customer at this location or at corporate.

So. Freaking. Good. Got the Grilled Cheese Doubleburger, mayo and onions only. Phenomenal. Thank you almighty God for this food creation. Thank you Sonic. Very lovely and speedy service. Probably my favorite Sonic experience ever. I will be back to this location! Fantastic crew!

This sonic has had some real problems. On three occasions food couldn’t be served because there wasn’t a cook. Once being within the last week or so. One day it seems like the gir was the only one working as she took my order, brought my food, had to bring my change, she forgot had to ask again. Then got home and my order was wrong. I have been a number of times and couldn’t order because the system was down. Now I will say, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant and as helpful as they can be. Hope they get it together soon, marquee states under new management, but again within the last week they could take food order because there wasn’t a cook. Fingers crossed.

Had an online order that I checked in when I arrived. Took almost 10 minutes despite it not being busy. I think there was only one car hop but between the few vehicles and the impatient person waiting outside for the rest of their order, it was surprising on how long it took for 3 pretzels and a slush.
