This sonic is the absolute worst sonic in the okc metro area. The last time I went here same old song and dance. Parking lots not full, order took forever to fill, I live one block away get home everything’s cold, the breakfast burritos eggs were old and cold, my #3 combo had an undercooked burger and old & cold fries. This is the absolute LAST time I’m eating sonic. Only reason i went this time is because my wife wanted a breakfast burrito and I figured what the heck I’ll try a burger. Nothings changed since last time I went here. I complained for the exact same thing to corporate about this place and not a thing has been accomplished. There are tons of food choices near me when in need of a quick bite. Why anyone would choose this as a fast food stop is beyond me.

This is my worstest experience from a sonic in my whole life… not only did I already wait 20 to 30 mins to received my food once I received my food. I sent in card/cash payment cash payment was 2.21. Greg came back stating he can’t do partial payment and that his manager Austin said he needed the food back then kept my money/ card then return to the car stating he couldn’t do the payment he don’t know how to do it on the system for partial payment, then Austin made a call then had Greg return to the car stating he was going to remake my food fresh after being there already almost a hr by now and that they’ll give it to me for free…. to come tomorrow to speak to the gm. To the gm you need to retrain Austin on customer service and the system… I will never be returning to this sonic ever again. Honestly scared to eat the food hoping he didn’t do anything spiteful

Our app was not working properly, Caleb seen us sitting in a stall and came over to ask if we were trying to order through it. He said that he would still give us the rewards! Visited this location around noon earlier today. With the bays 75%-90% full, Lamont looked to be cooking, taking orders, AND car-hopping alone. He handled it better than I would Our orders were correct and fresh and he apologized sincerely for the wait while thanking me for the patience given. Please recognize this employee as he probably doesn’t get paid enough to handle a whole fast food restaurant completely by himself! If my young son wasn’t with me I would’ve stayed and offered to help. I’ll be frequenting this location from now on because of Lamont!
