Every time I have gotten food at this sonic it has been terrible and wrong. Ask for extra items on your sandwich and they charge you but don’t add them. This has happened every time I have asked to add something. Mozzarella sticks smell like old grease so bad they aren’t even edible.

This sonic has gone down hill, it used to be super fast and good quality I went last week and ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster with no veggies the first time it came out it had no cheese so I sent it back and the second time it came out with everything on it. After explaining to the manager on duty 3 different times how I wanted it. The tater tots also came out still half frozen so I asked for a replacement and the second time they didn’t come out done either. Super disappointing after a long day of work and just wanted to grab a quick bite, In the end I just ended up asking for a refund it wasn’t worth the frustration.

Problem is that this time and the last time I went, I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon for my husband and both times there was practically no cheese and definitely no bacon even though we ordered and paid for it. Currently making him a grilled chz with bacon at home since we didn’t get what we ordered, again…

First of all this is advertised as a drive through, but it is not. Wouldn’t have gone at all if I’d known that. Decided to give it a try anyway since I didn’t have enough time to drive to another place – ordered a single burger, nothing else. Waited fifteen minutes and they brought out the wrong order which I declined. Waited another few minutes and finally just asked for a refund and left. Ended up late to my appointment (that’s how desperate I was) and never ended up getting food. Abysmal and disappointing.

Worst “chicken” ever. Got popcorn chicken and there was a speck of chicken in each one. Most of it was crust and oil. I’m usually not picky but this was inedible. Had bad aftertaste. Do NOT order chicken items here.

First time trying this Sonic and it was good! Someone form my work went and picked us all up 50¢ corn dogs and I got some mozzarella sticks as well. He came back and they were all super fresh and pretty solid for fast food. I can’t vouch for service as I didn’t pick them up but the food itself was good.

I ordered onion rings and they sent the onion rings (burnt) over cooked.I ask that they make another order of onion rings and then I was sent under cooked onion rings. I suggest that Sonic stop serving customers food items they wouldn’t eat.Also Sonic is always serving cold French fries who???wants to pay for cold French fries CUT IT OUT!! I shouldn’t have ask for fresh French fries and don’t burn the onion rings ridiculous SMH

My husband and I ordered a quick shared lunch to take with us. We got to our destination a few minutes later, opened the bag and the order of onion rings was BURNT – I’m talking 50% BLACK!!! Plus there were only 3 small rings and one large in a small order – didn’t even fill the little bag.
